Service Description

One Visit to Project Location (South Florida) A personalized, on-site visit to assess your space, discuss your vision, and understand the layout and functional needs. This visit is included for locations within the South Florida area. For clients outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. On-Site or Virtual Assessment A comprehensive assessment of your space, conducted either in-person or virtually, to analyze the existing structure, lighting, layout, and any design challenges. We’ll discuss your ideas and goals for the project during this assessment. Follow-Up Call & Initial Concept Presentation A follow-up consultation to present an initial design concept, including general material selections, layout ideas, and space planning recommendations. This presentation is intended to give you a clear direction for moving forward and aligns with your design aspirations. One Revision Included One round of revisions to the initial concept is included, allowing adjustments based on your feedback. This ensures the design better aligns with your preferences before finalizing. Package Focus: Design Planning & Consultation Only This consultation package is tailored specifically for spaces up to 2,500 square feet, focusing on design planning and advisory services to help you visualize the potential of your space. Full design and project management services, if desired, would be separate. Flexibility & Additional Services You have complete control over the project and can hire your own contractors.
