Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy All sales are final once services are booked. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for services rendered, including but not limited to design consultations, concept development, design plans, or any materials or products sourced for the project. Once design work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with design choices, changes of mind, or personal preferences (including materials, aesthetics, or design direction). All clients are encouraged to actively participate in the design process to ensure alignment with their expectations. Client Satisfaction and Revisions TCABANA Interiors is committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. Clients are provided with opportunities to review and approve designs at various stages of the process. Any concerns or desired revisions should be communicated during the review stages. Minor revisions will be accommodated within reason and according to the scope outlined in the project agreement. However, additional requests or significant changes after approval may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. 4. Liability for External Vendors and Products TCABANA Interiors is not liable for products, materials, or services provided by third-party vendors. Once these items are approved and sourced, responsibility for returns or dissatisfaction lies between the client and the third-party vendor. No refunds will be issued by TCABANA Interiors for issues arising from external vendors. 5. Project Cancellation In the event that a client wishes to cancel a project after booking, no refund of any payments made will be granted. Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the point of cancellation, including work already performed and materials ordered. If a project is canceled by TCABANA Interiors due to unforeseen circumstances or an inability to fulfill the project, the client will be notified, and a partial refund may be considered, depending on the amount of work completed. 6. Limitation of Liability TCABANA Interiors is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that may arise from the use of our services or from any delays or changes in project timelines. The client agrees to indemnify and hold TCABANA Interiors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or lawsuits related to the project or the use of our services, including disputes with third-party contractors or vendors.
